The property
A spacious 220 m² mountain chalet for 15 people, overlooking the Aiguilles d'Arves. A 70 m² living area centered around the fireplace, a dining table that seats 18, a south-facing terrace, and a private spa on the veranda with a view. Ideal for large families and groups of friends.
December through April: weekly rentals, Sunday through Sunday.
May through November: weekly or short stays (weekends from Friday through Sunday, or a minimum of 3 nights).
Check-in from 5 p.m., check-out by 10 a.m.
Maximum capacity: 15 people, including children and infants. Sleeping arrangements can be customized based on your group’s composition.
Rate for 15 people, excluding tourist tax and cleaning fee.
LOCATION
La Toussuire resort, Sybelles ski area. 220 m² chalet on 1,000 m² of land, 8 parking spaces, panoramic view.
Resort center is a 10-minute walk away; nearest shops are 5 minutes away; a convenience store is 500 m away.
The base of the slopes is 800 m away, a 10-minute walk. Free shuttle during the season; the Champ l’Eriscal stop is 200 m from the chalet.
THE CHALET
Ground floor: 4 bedrooms with double beds, 2 shower rooms, ski storage room, ski closet, laundry room.
First floor: 70 m² living area with a fireplace, opening onto a south-facing terrace; fully equipped kitchen (3 coffee makers: filter, Nespresso, Senseo); living room; guest bedroom with bathroom and toilet (1 sofa bed); separate toilet; mezzanine with a single bed.
Second floor: dormitory sleeping 7, children’s TV lounge (1 sofa bed), bathroom, and toilet.
2 baby kits available: crib, high chair, bathtub, potty, and safety gate.
One ground-floor bedroom; a few steps at the chalet entrance.
SPA
Private 6-person spa on the veranda, with a view of the Aiguilles d’Arves; optional: €400/week (must be reserved at least 1 month before arrival). Use is governed by a specific contract; children under 3 years of age are not permitted.
RATES AND CONDITIONS
Utilities included: water, electricity, gas (including for the barbecue), and firewood for the fireplace.
Mandatory cleaning and linens fee: 500 €, payable on-site upon arrival. This includes bed linens and towels, beds made prior to your arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning.
Tourist tax is additional and payable on-site: 5.5% of the nightly rate per person, capped at €4.62 per night per adult; minors are exempt.
Reservation: 30% deposit due at the time of booking; balance due 30 days before arrival. For reservations made less than 60 days before arrival, the full rental price is due at the time of booking. Security deposit of €4,000.
Rent must be paid by bank transfer; vacation vouchers are not accepted. Proof of vacation insurance required within 15 days of booking.
Cancellation: more than 60 days before arrival, deposit fully refunded; less than 60 days before arrival, 100% of the rental price due.
