The property

Domaine Paradiski : accès Les Arcs et La Plagne depuis Vallandry. Bâti à flanc de coteau, à 1500 m d'altitude. Chalet NON LUXUEUX propre, fonctionnel, confortable, propice à une ambiance chaleureuse, facile à entretenir. 1 entrée, 1 salle à manger en "L" avec balcon plein sud (= 1 très grande table + 1 petite table ronde + 1 petit canapé fixe), 8 chambres (dont 2 avec balcons également plein sud), 1 petite cuisine (grand réfrigérateur + cuisinière vitrocéramique, pas de freezer ni congélateur), 2 salles d'eau avec wc + 1 cabinet de toilette avec wc + 1 wc .
Services fondue et raclette + nombreux jeux de société à disposition (dont jeux pour petits).
2 niveaux habitables = 80 m2 chacun environ + sous-sol (table de ping-pong ancienne) = 100 m2 environ (+ cave "cellier").
Très bien chauffé + eau chaude permanente (si conditions normales d'utilisation). Pour les petits : 1 lit bébé + 1 baignoire bébé, 2 pots, 1 réducteur wc, 1 chaise haute bois ancienne. Jardin non clos.
HIVER / Ski alpin et nordique, balades, randonnées. Possibilité retour chalet en hors piste selon enneigement (d'après renseignements météo pris par locataires le jour J).
ETE / VTT de descente, randonnées (chalet dans zone périphérique Parc de la Vanoise), parapente, équitation, via ferrata, etc., observation faune sauvage...
Arrêt navette gratuite et fréquente à moins de 50 m (vers station Plan-Peisey Vallandry, Peisey village ou fond de vallée/ski nordique).
