The property
A beautiful, recently built chalet offering breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc massif, Les Fiz, and the Aravis!
A spacious, convenient, and fully equipped place to enjoy the mountains in the best possible conditions.
The Accommodation
A bright and cozy chalet that can accommodate up to 12 people. The kitchen is ideal and fully equipped; you’ll have access to an oven, a stovetop, a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and even a wine cooler. The kitchen opens onto a cozy living area, perfect for spending time with family or friends. The living area is divided into two spaces: a dining area where the whole family can gather for a delicious meal, and a relaxing lounge area by the fireplace. You’ll also enjoy a spacious terrace offering an exceptional view of the mountains; in the summer, you can relax there or enjoy aperitifs and meals with a view!
Upstairs, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed facing Les Fiz and its own bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The lower level features two double bedrooms with en-suite showers, a bedroom with two twin beds that can be pushed together or separated as needed, a dormitory with four bunk beds, and finally a bathroom with a bathtub—perfect for unwinding.
A laundry room with a washer and dryer perfectly rounds out this level.
The shuttle stop is just 50 meters away, making it easy to get to the slopes and the village.
Bedding and towels are provided.
