Spacious chalet with a private hot tub. The 4 bedrooms are flexible, offering a choice of one king-size bed or two single beds, 3 bathrooms, and mountain views. Located at the foot of the slopes, shops, and the ski school.
Ideal for a ski trip with family or friends, winter or summer, in the heart of the Maurienne region.
The ground floor is dedicated to activities and planning your days in the mountains, featuring a game room (foosball, table tennis, darts, video game console, TV, and board games), a ski room with a boot dryer, a bike area (workshop, repair stand, and tool kit), and a laundry room (washer/dryer).
The sleeping area is located on the first floor, which also includes a remote work space. The bedrooms offer flexible and comfortable layouts, ideal for a stay with friends or family. Some have their own private bathrooms, allowing everyone to have their own space.
Under the roof, the living room enjoys optimal sunlight thanks to the chalet’s south/southwest orientation, as well as a beautiful, unobstructed view of the mountain peaks, summer and winter alike. The living room naturally centers around the (electric) fireplace and the television, while the terrace extends the experience outdoors. The hot tub there becomes a favorite spot at the end of the day, and in summer, the terrace transforms into a true living space with a dining table, lounge chairs, and a barbecue.
Valmeinier and the Maurienne: a four-season destination with 160 km of slopes, 70% of which are above 2,000 m. The Orelle gondola is a 25-minute ride away, providing direct access to Val Thorens and the Three Valleys. In summer: cycling/mountain biking with the Galibier, Télégraphe, Iseran, and Madeleine passes nearby.

IMPORTANT: The fireplace is purely decorative. NOTE: An electric vehicle charging station is installed at the chalet. The meter reading will be taken at the beginning of your stay and again at the end. Electricity usage (€0.30/kWh) will be charged to your credit card upon your departure. As part of our hospitality service, housekeeping and linens, as well as a personalized welcome, are included in the price of your stay. In addition, for stays of seven days or more, an optional (paid) mid-stay cleaning service is available to ensure a stress-free and worry-free stay.
