The property
Chalet Bazan is located at the foot of the Col de l’Izoard, in Brunissard, in the town of Arvieux in Queyras.
In winter, the chalet is just a short walk from the cross-country ski trails and 1.5 km from the downhill ski slopes. The downhill slopes are accessible by gravity, and you can take the bus back (stop 200 m away).
The rest of the year, hiking, mountain biking, road biking, and other activities can all be enjoyed starting from the chalet.
The chalet, which opened in May 2021, is over 300 m², spacious and comfortable, fully equipped, and can accommodate up to 15 people!
6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with showers and toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and an extra-large living room, 2 separate toilets, a terrace, garden, private parking, and a bike storage room.
A special bonus since June 2025: a Nordic hot tub/spa in the garden.
