The Chalet des 3 PETITES SORCIERES invites you to enjoy an exceptional stay in the heart of the Haute-Savoie Alps, located just a 5- to 10-minute drive from the center of Megève.
It offers quick, 5-minute access to the ski slopes in the enchanting Espace Diamant ski area (194 km of trails connecting Praz-sur-Arly, Crest-Voland, Notre Dame de Bellecombe, and Les Saisies). Additionally, its location puts you just 10 minutes from the center of Megève. Cross-country ski trails and snowshoe trails start right at the foot of the chalet. In summer, the chalet is located at the starting point for numerous hiking trails, mountain bike trails, and the chairlift providing access to the summit of Crêt du Midi, the Megève swimming pool, the summer toboggan run, and more.
Accommodating up to 10 people, this brand-new chalet—built in 2020—offers high-end amenities and stands out in all its grandeur thanks to its contemporary architecture, designer furnishings, large south-facing terraces with panoramic views, and its hot tub.
In the summer, our chalet is just a stone’s throw from Lake Praz-sur-Arly, where you can swim, enjoy water games, and go zip-lining.

Built on several levels, this exceptional chalet features 3 double bedrooms—including a master suite—3 bathrooms, and a dormitory with 4 single beds.
On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a spacious dining room. The living room, with its exposed old-wood beams and tasteful, cozy decor, opens onto a large south-facing terrace with a panoramic view of the natural landscape and mountains.
Very bright thanks to its large floor-to-ceiling windows, the chalet features a second terrace on the ground floor with a high-end hot tub and access to a garden overlooking the French Alps.
Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a 5-star stay with personalized hospitality and concierge services.
We provide hotel-style services for housekeeping, bed linens, and bath towels (including a mid-stay cleaning service, excluding changes to bed linens and bath towels).
Exclusive services are also available as options at the time of booking: grocery delivery, breakfast service, private chef, private ski instructors, and more.
Accommodating up to 10 people, the Chalet des 3 PETITES SORCIERES is entirely at your disposal and can be booked by the week or for shorter stays upon request.
Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. (Check-in after 8:00 PM is subject to a €40 surcharge.)
