Charming village house in local stone and wood with 7 rooms, with a beautiful surface of 150 m2, allowing to welcome up to 10 people. Located in the village of Huez, connected to the ALPE d'HUEZ resort by a cable car at only 250m.
Extraordinary view of the mountains from the living room, with a very large terrace of about 70 m2. Well-equipped kitchen and 5 bedrooms, all with their own shower room. Living room: about 25 m2. Living room / kitchen : about 33 m2.
NON SMOKER" house ideal for a stay with family or friends.
Summer and winter, close to a large ski resort, you have the possibility to practice many activities.
Free communal parking nearby. Animals not allowed without exception. No extra person allowed.
