Bright, very cozy living room with contemporary designer wood furniture and a built-in kitchen that opens onto the (very) large living area.
High-quality appliances (induction cooktop, pyrolytic oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, smart TV, Bluetooth soundbar). Individually controlled underfloor heating, large corner sofa with chaise longue. Private southwest-facing terrace attached to the apartment with views of the mountains, trees, and the valley.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
One bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm).
Two bedrooms with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be easily pushed together, making the apartment equally comfortable for a family or several couples.
The bedding is high-quality (Bultex box springs and Emma mattresses) for restful nights.
BATHROOMS:
1 private bathroom per bedroom:
- dual-seater bathtub, sink, towel warmer, hair dryer, and toilet in the double bedroom
- walk-in shower, sink, towel warmer, and toilet in one of the twin bedrooms
- walk-in shower, sink, and towel warmer in the second twin bedroom
- 1 separate toilet.
RATES AND AVAILABILITY:
Prices include bed linens, house linens, and all utilities, except for the intermunicipal tourist tax set at €2.50 per day per person over 18 years of age. End-of-stay cleaning and cancellation insurance are optional.
