On the sunny side of Serre Chevalier, this 250-square-meter chalet features a large living room with a fireplace, a table for 16, a billiards room, a game room with foosball, 6 bedrooms and a loft area, 4 bathrooms, and a magnificent view of the valley.
After a day of skiing or hiking, there’s room for everyone… and the joy of being together!
A SPACE DESIGNED FOR LARGE FAMILIES AND GROUPS OF FRIENDS:
At Les Chenapans, you can enjoy the joy of being together in a large group without feeling cramped.
The chalet is spacious, cozy, and particularly well-organized to accommodate several families, with areas for gathering and others for privacy.
MOMENTS TO SHARE:
The heart of the chalet is its large living area: a comfortable lounge around the fireplace (firewood provided), a beautiful table that seats 16 guests, and a magnificent view of the mountains.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped for large gatherings: two dishwashers, two refrigerators, raclette and fondue sets, and everything you need to cook as a group.
A SPACE FOR EVERYONE, YOUNG AND OLD:
Children and teens especially enjoy the game rooms with pool tables, foosball, and a TV.
Adults can relax in the living room, listening to music by the wood fire or reading in peace.
For overnight stays, the chalet features 6 comfortable bedrooms and a loft area with bunk beds.
The 4 bathrooms and 3 toilets make life easier for large groups.
Families with young children have access to 2 cribs, a high chair, a baby bathtub, a changing table, a stroller, and safety gates.
SUN, PEACE, AND AN EXCEPTIONAL VIEW:
Located across from the ski slopes, the chalet enjoys a beautiful south-facing exposure and an unobstructed view of the valley and the mountains.
In summer, enjoy the terraces, the garden, the lounge chairs and sofas, and the outdoor grill.
Easily access numerous hiking trails right from the chalet.
In winter, after a day of skiing, relax by the warmth of the fireplace, enjoy family games, and savor the pleasure of sharing a delicious meal.
A HOLIDAY THAT’S EASY TO PLAN:
Just a 4-minute drive from L’Aravet and 6 minutes from the Chazelay and Pontillas sectors, you’ll enjoy the Serre-Chevalier ski area.
One or two free shuttle buses are available nearby, depending on the season.
To make your stay easier: laundry room with washer, dryer, ski boot dryer, and storage for equipment;
bike garage, ski lockers at the base of the slopes, partnerships with two sports stores, and a concierge service offering additional amenities.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
During school breaks, stays run from Sunday to Sunday to allow you to travel more comfortably by avoiding Saturday traffic jams.
Bed linens, towels, and final cleaning are included.
For short stays, cleaning is included, BUT LINENS ARE OPTIONAL.
Access to the chalet is via a paved ramp.
In case of snow, parking is available on the street below, and guests walk up approximately 25 meters.
The ramp is cleared of snow and secured for pedestrians in winter.
Dogs are welcome, but cats are not allowed.
The chalet is not accessible to people with limited mobility.
