The property
Amazing place in high alps mountains, only for summer time, about 1750 m altitude. Above Pralognan on the way to glaciers of Vanoise in national parc.
Full and beautifull renovation with traditional materials. A real gem. Kitchen, bathroom with italian shower, private toilets. Total is about 50 m2.
A lovely tiny garden terrace in the back, very private, invite you for relaxing or lunch with incredible vews around, between river, moutains and waterfall, a pure paradise.
You ll find 2 restaurants, refuges very close in the village, where you can have traditionnal raclette dinner in fireplace, with candles lights only.
June and september are the best seasons, and for sure busy area from 15 july to 15 august : you are in the temple of french moutain trekking !
To respect the place, dont use tissue in toilets. And it can be risky to drink the water from the tap. Bring your own water.
Acces by car is absolutly forbidden inside village from 1 july to 30 august . (200m walking from parking ) , and anytime forbiden to park in or after the village, the rangers and local police are here everyday and they are very strict.
You are in a unique environment so please respect the place : no noise, no light outdoor, no garbage around.
You ll find 1 bed 140 cm, plus one 80 cm on the mezzanine ( very low celling, and access bit hard and dangerous for young kids) ), and downstairs, 1x 140 cm bed. Can sleep 6 persons (option) but the space become too small around.
1 shower, 1 wash hand bassin, 1 toilets.
