At 2,2km from Arêches, 6km from Beaufort, at 1180m of altitude, at the foot of the Mirantin slope... you are at the departure point of many hikes.
Ski lifts at 2,2 km (Grand Mont chairlift) and 5,3 km (le Planey). Vehicle required. No shuttle service in this sector of the village.

- On the basement / ground floor, large entrance room 30m² also making a playroom with ping-pong table.
- On the 1st floor, large covered terrace facing South (ideal for eating outside in summer) with table and chairs, living-dining room of 40m² with majestic fireplace, closed kitchen with storeroom-utility room, 1 bedroom (2 beds 80x200), 1 bedroom (2 bunk beds) and a bathroom-WC with bathtub,
- On the 1st floor, 1 bedroom (2 beds 80), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160), 1 bedroom (2 beds), 1 bedroom (double bed 140), a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower.
