Apartment, 3rd and last floor in a luxury residence delivered in October 2014. Elevator.

The lessor undertakes to cancel the reservation and to reimburse the lessee in full if the regulatory provisions put in place by the State make the stay impossible, i.e. :
If the client is unable to go to the rental site (confinement, prohibition of movement)
If the lessor is obliged to give up the holiday rental (sanitary conditions, prohibition to rent)
This guarantee does not apply to other reasons of impediment that the tenant could invoke (beaches, ski slopes and restaurants closed, personal concern, etc)

I ask the tenant to send me back the signed contract within 4 days with a deposit of 30% to confirm the reservation. After this period, the reservation will be cancelled.
One month before moving in, the tenant will have to send the balance of the rent as well as the amount of the tourist taxes (1,40€ per adult of more than 18 years and per night).
He will also have to send a check of 1500€ as a guarantee deposit that I will not cash and will send back in the month following the end of the stay.
A cleaning deposit of 150€ is also required (separate check from the deposit) which will not be cashed and returned if the apartment is returned perfectly clean or if the cleaning option has been subscribed to the agency. Any delay of more than 4 days will lead to the cancellation of the contract at the tenant's expense.
