(a 2-seater sofa bed in the living room)
- 2 large bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds + 1 pull-out single bed);
- 2 bathrooms (1 with a shower and the other with a bathtub);
- a laundry room equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, plus a ski storage room;
- a large, sheltered, tree-lined garden of 950 m², featuring cast-iron and wooden garden furniture and a barbecue; quiet and sunny, with a garage;
- well-heated chalet (floor heating + electric radiators + firewood provided in winter for the decorative fireplace)

The shuttle bus stops 150 meters from the chalet; it takes you to the ski lifts in 5 minutes and to the thermal baths in 10 minutes—free of charge.
