Welcome to La Tanière de l’Ours, an authentic 70 m² standalone chalet built of solid wood that can accommodate up to 8 people, ideally located in the heart of the family-friendly resort of La Joue du Loup, in the Dévoluy Mountains.
Just a few minutes’ walk from the ski slopes, the ski lifts, and the village center, you can fully enjoy your vacation without ever having to get back in your car.
With its Far North ambiance, warm decor, fur accents, and fireplace, the chalet invites you to share unforgettable moments with family or friends, summer or winter.
A comfortable and fully equipped interior
On the ground floor:
* A welcoming living area with a cozy sitting area, a fireplace, a smart TV, and a 140 cm sofa bed.
* A dining area with a large table.
* A fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, raclette and fondue sets.
* A bathroom with a shower and separate toilet.
Upstairs:
* Two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm double bed.
* A third bedroom with two 90 cm single beds.
* A bathroom and a separate toilet.
Each bedroom has a smart TV with Netflix access.
The chalet also features Wi-Fi and a washing machine.
Outside:
A pleasant furnished terrace with a table, benches, and lounge chairs lets you enjoy the fresh air and mountain sunshine.
Heated Indoor Pool
When staying at La Tanière de l’Ours, you’ll enjoy free access to the residence’s heated indoor pool during its operating hours.
A sauna is also available for a fee.

La Joue du Loup is a family-friendly resort with authentic charm, featuring wooden chalets and surrounded by magnificent scenery.

All-Inclusive Package – €200 per stay
For a completely stress-free vacation.

Please note: Beds are not made upon arrival. Linens are provided, but you are responsible for making the beds.
Comfort Package – €150 per stay
To fully enjoy the last moments of your vacation without worrying about cleaning.

Bedding and bath linens are not included in this package and must be provided by the guests.
Linen Package – €100 per stay
To travel lighter while still having the freedom to do your own cleaning.
* Bed linens provided for each bed used.
* Bath towels provided for guests.
The beds are not made upon arrival, and you are responsible for the full end-of-stay cleaning.

End-of-Stay Cleaning and Security Deposit
For stays without a cleaning package, the chalet must be returned in impeccable condition.
A cleaning deposit check for €150 will be required upon arrival, in addition to the standard chalet security deposit.
This check will be returned after the cleanliness of the accommodation has been verified, provided that the cleaning has been completed in full and to a high standard.
In the event of insufficient or non-compliant cleaning, cleaning fees may be deducted from this security deposit, up to a maximum of €150.
For short stays, a package including end-of-stay cleaning is mandatory.
