Located 5km from Modane (motorway or TGV, then shuttles), La Norma, a family resort and entirely pedestrian (free covered car park of 450 places at the bottom of the residence), offers you a skiable area of 65kms, a children's area, a sledge run. You will find all the shops you need for your stay. Regular shuttles to the Valfréjus resort (on the same package).
The apartment, T3 duplex of 45m² with lift, is on the 3rd floor on the resort side of a very quiet residence with a Savoyard architecture. It has a large bay window with a 7m2 terrace facing South-West, with a view on the slopes. Located less than 100m from the slopes, the ski school, the ski lifts and the shops.
The apartment includes:
- 1 large living room (lounge - dining room with sofa bed 140x190cm).
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x190cm.
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x190cm (no bunk beds).
- 1 equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette set, pressure cooker, ...).
