Cosy apartment in a chalet in a luxury Residence built by MGM on the Prarion slope, in a quiet area.
It is one of the best located apartments, with a superb view of the Mont Blanc range.
Ski-in ski-out, on the World Cup slope!!!
COVERED HEATED SWIMMING POOL.
Starting point for hikes in the summer, ski-in ski-out in the winter, the apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, mezzanine with 2 single beds, bathroom, separate WC, balcony.
FREE ACCESS to the HEATED INDOOR SWIMMING POOL and to the OPEN PARKING inside the Residence. Free TV.
Possibility of private garage at the foot of the Residence (40 Euro Winter, 30 Euro Summer)
Free WiFi connection at the Les Houches Tourist Office.
Cot available with duvet and pillow. The apartment is very well equipped and in very good condition.
Les Houches is located 6 km from Chamonix and it is at Les Houches that the Ski World Cup takes place in winter and the UTMB race in summer.
At the foot of the Residence:

-During the summer sport fishing in the pretty Lac de Chavants

as usual you will leave the trash can empty (and no waste in the apartment) and the dishwasher and the sink empty.
