Come and spend a pleasant stay in the mountains in our fully renovated rental for 4/5 people. Located in Montricher, a small mountain village in the Maurienne region at an altitude of 1200m, it is 4 kms from the family ski resort of Les Karellis.
In the living room, you will find a kitchen equipped with an oven, hotplates, refrigerator, freezer as well as a dining area and an alcove including a bed clic clac 2 people and a bunk bed for 1 child over 6 years and less than 50 kg. Our rental is also composed of a bedroom with a double bed and a dressing room.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet.
You will be able to enjoy a sheltered terrace and a nice private and fenced garden, with forest table, deckchairs, swing. A ski room is also available.
Numerous equipment : TV with DVD player, washing machine (only in summer), raclette and fondue machines, etc.
In winter, there is a large free car park in the resort of Les Karellis with a free chairlift and/or lift that will take you to the foot of the downhill and cross-country ski runs.
In the summer, you will be able to discover many walks and hikes for all ages and levels, but also mountain biking, chairlift rides as well as many activities and visits offered by the resort and the surrounding towns/villages.
Exclusively, you can go for a walk with the owner who will help you discover the local wildlife in the summer, and in winter with snowshoes.
Price for a week in summer : 350€.
Price per week in winter: 400€.
Possibility of renting in short stays and by the night according to the period, 57€/night
