Ideally located overlooking the resort center, this cozy attic apartment of approx. 50m² (20m² loi carrez) offers a breathtaking view of the Aiguilles d'Arves.
On the second floor of a chalet with 3 apartments, it comprises a living room with a large south-facing bay window and 2 bedrooms with double beds.
The open kitchen is equipped with induction hob, microwave oven and dishwasher. A washing machine is available in the large shower room.
A ski room is located on the first floor.
A mini-market 200m away and the resort center 300m away make for a car-free stay!
Parking is available in front of the chalet.
The photos don't quite show the apartment in its final state. It was completely renovated this summer, and some final work is still planned until the end of October 2024.
