Chalet Walser is located at the foot of the ski slopes and on the Tour du Mont Blanc, just 15kms from Chamonix Mont Blanc and 3kms from Switzerland. The accommodation is in an eco-construction chalet, with geothermal water and heating, instantaneous solar electricity, triple-glazed windows, blown-in wood wool insulation, double-flow ventilation, roller shutters and blackout blinds, and central vacuuming. The chalet was built in 2016 in the mountain village of Vallorcine, and is intended as tourist accommodation.
The chalet has a living area of 160 m² and comprises :
on the ground floor, a spacious entrance hall to store shoes and jackets 7m², an independent laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes line, boiler room and staircase 7m².
on the FIRST floor, large 80m² living room comprising:
