Chalet Des Maigres is located close to the Espace Diamant slopes, with ski-in/ski-out access, and 700 m from the village center and ski school.
The chalet comprises two apartments.

The village of Crest Voland is located in the heart of the Espace Diamant. With 192 km of slopes and 6 linked village resorts (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), there's something for everyone.

This chalet, close to the village center, benefits from a privileged location to have everything at your fingertips: shops, entertainment, ski slopes. The charm, authenticity and friendliness of this village resort will win you over.

In summer, you're just 600m from the children's playground and close to numerous trails for pleasant walks and mountain bike rides. The Logère chairlift, open 5 days a week, gives you easy access to the best views of Mont Blanc and the Aravis mountains. The Flumet lake and leisure center are just 10km away.

The Val d'Arly and surrounding area is home to a host of quality restaurants, both Michelin-starred and otherwise.
You'll also appreciate the proximity of Chamonix, Megève and Annecy.

Apartment 1 - Chalet des Maigres

Charming four-room ground-floor apartment, approx. 80 m², in typical Savoyard style.
It is located on the garden level of a chalet with two accommodations, in the immediate vicinity of the village center: shops and restaurants (700 m). The apartment sleeps 6 to 8 people.

- A large ski locker with shelves
- A beautiful living room with a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, oven and microwave) and sitting area with access to the outside.
- A bathroom with double washbasin, walk-in shower and washing machine
- A second double bedroom (bed 140) with flat-screen TV, closets and convertible sofa (140)
- A third double bedroom (bed 160) with flat-screen TV and closets.

Outside area :

- A garden-level terrace in front of the entrance door, equipped with outdoor furniture.
- Two parking spaces in front of the chalet
