50 m² apartment on the 1st floor of a pretty chalet, in a quiet hamlet overlooking the village, 5 minutes from the ski lifts and the center of Le Grand Bornand.
Free ski bus stop at the foot of the chalet (every 20 minutes).
Private garage, parking and ski room.
Pets not allowed
In all seasons, all amenities are nearby: shops, restaurants, farms where you can buy fresh milk and cheese, skating rink, accrobranches, cross-country ski trails, hiking...

Bathroom, separate toilet.
Numerous storage cupboards.
Raclette, fondue and plancha appliances.
Vacuum cleaner and all cleaning products.
Private, lockable garage and parking spaces reserved for residents at the foot of the chalet.
The stop for the free shuttle bus to the village and the gondola is right at the foot of the chalet. It runs every 20 minutes.
Numerous farms are nearby, so you can buy excellent reblochons, tommes, butter, fresh milk and honey. Don't miss out!
Pets are not allowed, even small ones.
Please note that access to the chalet is by 35 steps from the parking lot, and the apartment is on the 1st floor, 15 steps higher.
The chalet is located in the hamlet of Nant Robert, on the heights of the village towards the Bouchet valley.
It's a family apartment, which we occupy ourselves very regularly.
We therefore expect the utmost respect and care from our guests.
In order not to add any extra costs, there are no agency or cleaning fees.
Please bring your own sheets, towels and dishcloths.
Cleaning must be done properly before your departure (bathroom and kitchen cleaned, vacuum cleaner and mop in all rooms).
A deposit of €500 will be retained if any damage is noted or if the apartment is returned dirty.
