La Terrasse du Replat: a unique panorama!
Situated on the path that joins the cable car up to Les 2 Alpes, LA TERRASSE DU REPLAT is a charming house that combines authenticity and modernity. It enjoys an exceptional panorama of the Vénéon and Bérarde valleys, the Muzelle waterfall and the snow-capped peaks.
Accommodation
La Terrasse du Replat is located in Venosc, a village of character linked by cable car to Les 2 Alpes. From the house to the gondola, it's a 2-3 minute walk along a path bordering the Replat stream. This 152m2 house sleeps 12 with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It boasts a large fireplace for cosy evenings by the fire, a large living room with dining area, a professional kitchen, and of course a terrace with exceptional panoramic views.
You'll be able to park 2 cars in private spaces at the top of the cobbled lane, while other cars can park in the Sellier parking lot.

There's an outside entrance where you can leave your bike and stroller. You enter the vaulted hall with a large living room, a large table for 12 and an imposing fireplace. This leads to the kitchen, which also has access to the terrace. On this floor you'll also find a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the 2nd floor, you'll find: a bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed (for a total of 4 singles), a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony with a beautiful view, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed with a balcony and direct access to the outside, a bathroom, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a separate toilet.

For your activities :
In winter, you have access to the 2 Alpes ski area. With a glacier at 3600m altitude and the resort's lowest point at 1300m, you can ski down 2300m in one go. In terms of organization, you can leave your ski equipment at Les 2 Alpes with our partner Venosc Sport, in secure, heated ski lockers (close to the Diable chairlift). This allows you to move comfortably between Venosc and Les 2 Alpes. Your day on the slopes: 2-3 min walk from the Terrasse du Replat to the gondola lift. Take the gondola up to Les 2 Alpes in 6 minutes. At the gondola arrival point, 150m away, you'll find the Venosc Sport store.
In summer, Venosc lies in the Vénéon valley on the edge of the Ecrins natural park, with countless hiking trails. Numerous Alpine passes await cyclists, and Venosc is linked to Bourg d'Oisans by a brand-new cycle path that takes you directly to the foot of the 21 bends of Alpe d'Huez. You can store your bikes in the entrance of the house. On the thrill side, you have access to rafting and canyoning, via-ferrata, summer skiing and mountain biking, and all the activities of Les 2 Alpes. Discover the local craft stores, festivals and markets, or take part with family and friends in a treasure hunt or escape game organized by the tourist office. For sports, tennis courts and the village swimming pool with waterslide (open in summer only) are located below the village, on the banks of the Vénéon.
