Luxurious new chalet rented by the week, a few weeks a year, for vacations, to careful people (references required).
3 bedrooms available (out of 4), with a double bed or two beds in each room, plus extra beds in the TV room for a 7th person. Comfortable new bedding.
Large living room, 3 bathrooms, 3 WCs, large fully-equipped modern kitchen. Approx. 150 m2 available.
Enjoy the sunshine on the covered terrace plus lawn and 3-sided 1.5 m wide balcony.
A place out of time. High-altitude St-Luc/Chandolin ski resort, quality snow, not overcrowded, long, easy runs, some of Switzerland's finest views. Many summer walks. Micro-climate: magnificent, luminous autumn until late November.
South-facing. Exceptional view, facing the imperial crown at Chandolin. One of the most beautiful views in the Alps, and one of the sunniest.
Bucolic setting, below the old village, with no neighbours except deer.
Absolute peace and quiet. Close to all amenities and shops.
Access by tarmac road, clear in winter. 4 parking spaces.
We live in this chalet with all the comforts and facilities this implies. It can be rented for a few weeks a year, during our absences. Prices given in CHF

As this chalet is not rented for two consecutive weeks, we are flexible on arrival days and times, and can rent from one weekday upwards.
