Spacious and welcoming, the chalet comfortably sleeps 8. Just 3 km from the start of the Megève and Combloux ski runs, the environment is peaceful, while both villages are less than 5 minutes away by car.
The chalet is laid out on three levels, and includes a private double garage downstairs with snow-free access.
On the ground floor, you'll find a hall with heated cupboards to dry your ski gear, a single bedroom equipped with a pull-out extra bed, a double bedroom (160 cm bed), an independent bathroom, and a large laundry room.
On the second floor, a large living room with plenty of sofas and a fireplace (wood supplied). The well-equipped kitchen communicates with the dining room and living room.
A large master bedroom (180 cm bed) and independent bathroom complete this level.
The living room and master bedroom communicate directly with a large panoramic balcony.
On the second floor, there's a second large living room for seclusion. You'll also find a double bedroom (160 cm bed), a single bedroom with an extra pull-out bed and an independent bathroom.
Services included: welcome, cleaning (before and after your stay, as well as 3 hours during your stay), supply of bed linen and towels, preparation of beds for your arrival, wood for the fireplace, utilities (water, electricity, heating, tourist taxes, etc.).
