Annecy Balcon Vue is an elegant, functional apartment that sleeps 6 in three master suites.
As the owners are frequent travelers, they have been able to renovate and furnish the apartment perfectly to meet the needs of holidaymakers. You'll enjoy a balcony with exceptional panoramic views, a secure parking space if you need it, and convenient proximity to the historic heart of the town, the bus and train stations, and the peaceful expanse of Lake Annecy.
Everything has been thought of to guarantee an impeccable stay: equipment and utensils in the modern kitchen, large extendable dining table, and comfortable sofas to enjoy connected TV and Sonos speakers. Personal touches, such as posters, plants and books, have been added to make the rooms even cosier.
The apartment offers plenty of storage space, a washing machine and tumble dryer, and underfloor heating in all rooms.
Please note that the building has an elevator, but you have to climb eight steps to reach the main entrance.

Please note: Although the building has no dedicated parking, we can provide a secure parking space nearby if required. Annecy Balcon Vue is located in a family-friendly building. We often use the apartment ourselves and therefore strive to maintain good relations with all our neighbors. For this reason, we kindly ask anyone wishing to have a party to book alternative accommodation. Limited to one small pet with the owners' agreement.
