About

We're making our house available for a few months! An opportunity to come and discover Le Domaine de la Charrière, a beautiful 245 m² family home built in 1950 and entirely renovated, with a large enclosed garden planted with trees. It comfortably sleeps 8 adults (with the possibility of adding 1 or 2 extra beds on request). It comprises
First floor:1 entrance,1 fitted kitchen,1 bright living room with pizza oven and direct access to the terrace with garden furniture, bbq, awning, games, and 6-person jacuzzi (inflatable).
1 WC,1 storeroom,1 closed office for telecommuting,1 comfortable living room with TV and table soccer.
1st floor:1 apartment with corridor,2 double bedrooms (double bed 1.40 mx1.90 m) plus a games room with sofa ,1 bathroom (bath, shower, triple washbasin),1 WC/laundry room.
2nd floor: 1 living room with corridor, 2 double bedrooms (double bed 1.40 m x 1.90 m), one with washbasin, 1 shower room (shower, WC, washbasin). This space is only accessible for more than 4 people.
Basement: bicycle garage
Outside: large parking lot. You'll enjoy a large terrace with tables, chairs, benches and plancha, and a magnificent garden with no overlooking. Pets allowed: 2 maximum if quiet.
Our strong points: the exceptional view, the estate with orchard and terraces not overlooked, the brightness and decoration of the house, the pizza oven/tarte flambée (the owner will guide you in its use), free wifi, jacuzzi, table soccer, proximity to hiking trails, waterfall, farm inn.
