About

The residence Les Ancolies, entirely renovated, is located in Courchevel Village (1550), in the quiet and warm district of Gravelles.

Composed of 12 spacious apartments on 4 floors with an elevator, you will be welcomed by the janitor, present on the spot throughout your stay.

Ideally located between the heart of the resort and the slopes, this luxury residence offers direct access to the resort of Courchevel 1850 via the Grangettes gondola (250m), which is open in summer, and to Aquamotion (700m), a sports, leisure and wellness aquatic center.


The secure building is equipped with a videophone.

The apartment S24 is located on the 2nd floor of the Residence les Ancolies in Courchevel Village (1550).

The entrance is through the living room consisting of a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher), and two small living rooms giving access to a balcony of 16m ².

This luxury 3-room apartment sleeps 5 in two bedrooms and a cabin.

The first bedroom, with two 90*200 twins that can be joined together, has a shower room and also a bay window giving access to the balcony, shared with the living room.

The second room, with a 140*200 bed, also has a common bathroom with the cabin, composed of a single bed (90*200).

The cabin, composed of a single bed (90*200), also has an exclusive access to the bathroom.

Bed linen, towels and slippers are provided.
The rental also includes a parking space, a ski locker and wi-fi.
Tourist taxes are included in the price.

Breakfasts can be booked for an extra charge (23?/pers. and per breakfast).
