About

The chalet COCOTTE is a new construction with qualitative materials, completed in April 2023, it is located on the edge of the forest in XONRUPT-LONGEMER, near GERARDMER.

This chalet will be ideal for a stay in family, between friends or colleagues wishing a return to the sources: calm, nature, serenity...

The chalet of 150 m2 can accommodate up to 10 people.

-laundry room (washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron)
- large tiled terrace, southwest facing with private jacuzzi

- barbecue, outdoor furniture

First floor:

- living room (2 sofas, flat screen TV, pellet stove)

On the first floor:
- 1 bathroom with shower
- 1 independent WC
- 1 large relaxation area (books, board games) on the mezzanine
- 1 room with 1 double bed (160/200) + TV
- 1 room with 1 double bed (160/200) + TV

The loan of bed linen and towels (French manufacture: Linvosges) are included in the service, the beds (bedsprings and mattresses of quality, made in the Vosges) are made at your arrival.

Parties, stag and hen parties and generally speaking, outside noise pollution is not allowed.
