The residence Les Balcons du Charvin, composed of 4 buildings, is located in the village, 400m from the shops and activities, and 600m from the Espace Diamant slopes and the ski school. In winter, a skier shuttle (Crest Voland-NDB shuttle) passes 100m from the tennis court (ask the driver).

The village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe is ideally located in the heart of the Espace Diamant. With its 192 km of slopes and its 6 linked village resorts (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), everyone will find what they need to enjoy their vacations.

The village center of Notre Dame de Bellecombe, or NDB 1150, is the privileged place to have everything at hand: shops, animations, ski slopes. The charm, the authenticity and the conviviality of this village resort will seduce you.

In summer, you will be not only 100m away from tennis courts and children's games but also close to numerous trails for pleasant walks or mountain bike rides. The Mont Rond chairlift, open 2 days a week, allows you to easily access the most beautiful panoramas of the Mont Blanc. The Flumet lake and its leisure center are only 4km away.

In the village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe, apartment of 27m² for 4 travelers. Located on the ground floor, it benefits from a south-west terrace with a view on the forest and the surrounding mountains.

Description :

- Living room with flat screen television.
- Kitchen open on the living room : two induction plates, combined microwave oven, refrigerator.
- Sleeping arrangements: one bedroom with a double bed (140), a mountain corner with bunk beds (2x70), living room with a sofa. Bedding equipped with comforters.
- Bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilets.

*Ski locker. Outdoor parking not private.
*Pets not accepted. No smoking.

OUR OPINION : Apartment renovated in 2022, with a modern and mountain decoration. Space in front of the apartment for children to play. Practical for family vacations! Please note: you have to go down one floor to access the apartment.
