Welcome to the Dune Blanche,
Let yourself be seduced by the chalet, its clear view, the tranquility of the hamlet near Monêtier-les-Bains and its mezzanine for an unforgettable stay.
New chalet of standing (construction 2022 in wood frame ensuring thermal, phonic comforts and optimal well being) located in a quiet hamlet Le Lauzet (1650), typical of the valley of Serre Chevalier at 6 km from Monêtier-les-Bains.
It has a magnificent view, privileged and clear on the valley of the Guisane, the summits of the Pic Blanc, the Aiguillette du Lauzet and the Combeynots.
Ideal for nature and mountain lovers to discover throughout the seasons, the departures of snowshoeing, ski touring (3 massifs), walking or biking (road or mountain bike) are made directly from the hamlet which also has a horse riding center. The climbing sites (and via ferrata) are very close and varied. The cross-country ski trails are nearby (hamlet of Boussardes). Other activities such as white water sports, fishing... are also in the area.
By car, it takes 10 minutes to reach the ski slopes and the big baths of Monêtier-les-Bains (1500).
There is a shuttle bus during the school vacations (2 departures in the morning and 3 returns in the afternoon).
The chalet, the Dune Blanche, is furnished in a contemporary style combining comfort and modernity.
It is composed, on the ground floor, of a separate entrance, a toilet, a living room-kitchen equipped giving directly on a large terrace of 35 m2. A garage with storage space for bicycles, mountain equipment (skis, shoes, snowshoes...), washing machine, snow removal tools, DIY is directly accessible from the entrance of the chalet.
On the first floor, we find a spacious and bright mezzanine area with large bay windows and its catamaran net, equipped with a sofa bed (and a hidden cabin for 1 person!!!).
This space serves :
*3 bedrooms, each equipped with 3 beds (1 double bed 140 or 160 + 1 single bed and many closets) including a master suite with its shower room. All the rooms have a breathtaking view.

*A shower room with double basin
The chalet is ideal for 8-9 people but has 12 beds to meet your specific needs.
