The apartment is located on the first floor of a typical Savoyard chalet of the valley, occupied by the owners.
It has an independent entrance, a private parking and a ski locker. Comfortable and cosy, it is composed of a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed for an extra person. The living room has 2 single beds, a television, books and board games and a kitchenette with induction cooker, conventional oven, microwave oven, Tassimo coffee machine, conventional coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom is also brand new and equipped with a shower.
Outside, a large terrace in lauzes welcomes you and allows you to enjoy a privileged panoramic view on the surrounding mountains and glaciers. It is sheltered and opens onto a private garden. The apartment has a ski locker (access from the terrace) and a private parking lot shared with the owners.
The apartment is ideally located both in summer and winter: in winter it is at the foot of the alpine ski slopes of the vast Val-Cenis area: gondola and ESF courses at 300m; and less than 10 minutes from the famous Nordic ski area of Bessans.
And in summer it is close to the Vanoise National Park and on the road to the famous Mont-Cenis (Italian border) and Iseran passes. You will be able to travel from the chalet either by bike or by hiking in summer, and by skis and snowshoes in winter!
