Les Voûtes Blanches located at 1350 m altitude in the heart of the village of Saint-Chaffrey, in the Serre Chevalier valley, offers you all the comfort you can dream of for your mountain vacations.
This 18th century village house, admirably renovated, combines modernity with the charm of country houses.
The 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms offer to each one its personal space while the large and warm living room allows to meet all together.
The renovation will be completed in April 2022.
The ground floor consists of a magnificent vaulted room to the left of the entrance, including a very large kitchen, a table for 12 guests and a comfortable living room with a bio-ethanol fireplace.
To the right of the entrance you will find a second living room with a second television adjacent to a bedroom with double bed. In the entrance, a toilet and a ski room.
On the second floor, a bathroom dedicated to the ground floor bedroom as well as a very large bedroom with two pairs of bunk beds and two single beds that can be put together. A large bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet is adjacent to this room.
On the second floor, two bedrooms with double beds and their respective bathrooms (showers and toilets).
All double beds are 160x200 and all single beds are 90x200.
Several free parking lots are close to the house (40 meters).
The start of the ski slopes is 1.7 km away. In winter, a free shuttle bus stops just outside the front door to take you directly to the foot of the Chantemerle ski lifts.
The little extras: the village grocery store and bar at only 50 meters from the house which offers fresh bread and excellent local products. The private garden of 70m2 at 10 meters from the entrance facing south and offering a magnificent view on the Mont Prorel.
