4* apartment in a new chalet - 6/8 persons
New apartment (4* in the process of being classified) of 100 m², for 6/8 persons. 2 double beds (160x200), a room with 4 single beds, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a ski room, a large living room and a nice open kitchen.
On the first floor of a chalet built in 2021, a beautiful terrace of 40 m² facing south on which stands a wood sauna in a large barrel at your disposal. This service is offered without extra charge (wood stock in the immediate vicinity).
A magnificent view on the Aiguilles d'Arves and the Meije.
The apartment is located 800 m from the start of the ski lifts. A private parking lot AT THE FOOT OF THE SLOPES is at your disposal free of charge for the duration of your stay. Otherwise, you are only 1 minute away from the shuttle bus that takes you to the snow front and the city center, but if you prefer to walk, you are less than 10 minutes away from the city center.
As for comfort, there is a smart TV in each room, a very large screen in the living room in case of bad weather, and top-of-the-range bedding. Of course, you will have one or more parking lots on the chalet grounds, depending on your needs.
At your arrival, the beds are made, the bathroom linen is provided as well as the soap. A hair dryer is available in all bathrooms.
You also have a washing machine and an electric dryer, an ironing board and an iron.
A speaker " Bose Speaker 500 " is available, Alexa will be happy to create a musical atmosphere according to your wishes.
In case of late arrival, a breakfast in the fridge for the next morning (pastries, coffee and tea, orange juice, butter, jam, milk and cereals).
For young children, a baby chair and a cot are at your disposal.
The cleaning at the end of the stay is offered in the service.
