Recent apartment (delivery December 10, 2019) Tourist office classification for this apartment *** Very bright, large SOUTH FACING terrace of 40 m2. New furnishings and bedding (little use in 2020 and 2021 due to Covid) One bedroom with double bed - One closed cabin area with 2 bunk beds - One shower room - Separate WC - Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Senséo pod machine, kettle. Living/dining room with 2-person sofa bed. Two minutes to unfold and fold. 43" flat-screen TV. Terrace with table and bench. Parasol. IN WINTER: - The slopes are just 200 m away, as are all equipment rental outlets, shops, bars and restaurants. The resort offers over 100 km of pistes on 56 slopes. Link to Super Dévoluy. Cross-country skiing. SUMMER In summer, individual or guided hikes, 200 km of mountain bike trails, equestrian center and horseback riding, rock climbing, via ferrata, etc. In the village, 500 m away, outdoor swimming pool, miniature golf course, tennis, tree climbing... At the foot of the building, the O'dycéa wellness center (spa, baths and massages) welcomes you summer and winter alike. Don't forget to book in high season. A concierge service is available on arrival. This concierge is responsible for handing over the keys by appointment, with a welcome, presentation of the apartment and an inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure. Sheets, towels and household linen can also be rented on request. Baby equipment rental is also available. Access to the concierge is 50 meters from the apartment. During the COVID 19 period, we are obliged to have cleaning and disinfection carried out by an outside organization. You will be charged €69 for this service. For obvious safety and security reasons, final cleaning by holidaymakers is not authorized for summer 2021, winter 2022 and summer 2022, winter 2023 and summer 2023. Finally, for the convenience of your vehicle, we offer the possibility of an individual closed garage (box) in the residence with elevator access to the apartment level.
