About

Individual wooden chalet with a panoramic view of the Dévoluy mountains. The view is magnificent and relaxing whatever the season.

The chalet is located in a quiet area, in a district composed only of individual chalet. You have the possibility to park your car next to the chalet.

You benefit from a sheltered terrace with a view of the Dévoluy mountains. The chalet is very comfortable, the decoration is modern and neat.

The chalet is composed of :
- A main room with a modern and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, Senseo coffee machine, kettle). The kitchen opens onto a lounge area with a fireplace and a view of the Dévoluy mountains as well as a second living area with a sofa bed and a 55 inch TV (Netflix access).

- Upstairs: three bedrooms (one double and two twin rooms, one of which has a TV with Netflix, a separate toilet and a bathroom.

- Outside: ski locker outside the chalet.

- Other services: Free access to the indoor heated swimming pool of the chalet residence (30 meters from the chalet). Possible access to the laundry of the chalets' residents if you wish.

Location of the chalet in the resort:

The chalet is located at 250 m walking distance from the snow front (ski school for children and departure of the ski lifts) and from the shops of the resort (bakery, small supermarket, pharmacy, medical center, restaurant, bar, nursery ..)

Sanitary facilities:
2 bathrooms (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor)
2 toilets (one separate and the other in the shower room)

- A 32 inch TV in a bedroom with the same option

- Two living areas on the ground floor: one to watch a film or have an aperitif and the other by the fire to enjoy the magnificent Devoluy landscape or watch the crackling flames by the fire... :-)
