This magnificent apartment, entirely renovated for 5 to 7 people in a prestigious chalet style, located in the 5* Les Sources de Marie residence including the private SPA DEEP NATURE, offers rare and unique services in the village.

You'll enjoy free use of all the residence's facilities (fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi), and you'll have access to the Auberge Jérôme residence's facilities (heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi, Hammam, Sauna and gym).

ACCOMMODATION:
The south-facing living room boasts a comfortable sofa bed sleeping 160 (with curtained insulation for night-time privacy), mirrored TV with Netflix, home cinema amp with speakers, DVD player and DVD available, plus a steam fireplace with a bluffing effect, perfectly odorless and safe for children.

The living room opens onto a balcony with panoramic views of the mountains and ski slopes.

The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave/grill, fridge/freezer, induction hob, coffee maker and Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, steam cooker and raclette and crêpe maker.

The master bedroom has a 160x200 bed and opens onto a private bathroom with balneotherapy bathtub, Bluetooth speakers and WC.

An insulated corridor leads to a separate toilet with washbasin, a multi-jet shower room and a family bedroom.

The family room is equipped with 2 90 x 200 beds that can be converted into a king-size bed on request, an 80 x 190 mountain spirit suspended bed, a desk, a large flat-screen TV and a DVD player.

A glove dryer in the hall cupboard is ideal for drying your ski gloves or après-ski boots.

The apartment is also equipped with a washing-machine dryer and a host of board games for young and old.

A cot is available for children aged 0 to 3.

The bed bases can be folded up for easy storage of suitcases and travel bags.

From the apartment, you can wear a bathrobe to the DEEP NATURE SPA (extra charge), with indoor pool, steam room, frosted grotto, outdoor sauna chalet and Nordic baths.
The SPA also offers massages and treatments.

The apartment is equipped with a Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner, steam broom, ironing facilities (iron and ironing board) and a safe for your valuables.

Prestigious furnishings with genuine sheepskins are unfortunately unable to accommodate our animal friends.

The apartment is non-smoking.

Services include bed linen, bath mats, bathrobes and slippers, dish towels. Beds are made up on arrival and end-of-stay cleaning is included (excluding kitchen).
A mid-stay cleaning will also be provided.

THE RESORT:

The village has all amenities, and a large underground pay parking lot with direct access to the residence.

In the immediate vicinity you'll find: ski schools, a day nursery and kids' club, a well-stocked mini-market offering quality products and catering, a bakery, ski and sportswear rental stores, a cash dispenser, a ski pass sales point, stores selling regional products and souvenirs, as well as several bars and restaurants.

The village is linked to Arc 2000 by the free Le Cabriolet gondola, giving access to the doctor's surgery and bowling alley.

Access by car:
To get to Arc 1950, take the A43 to Albertville, then the 2x2 lanes to Moûtiers, and finally the N90 to Bourg-Saint-Maurice.
Arc 1950 is a 30-minute drive from Bourg Saint Maurice.

The nearest SNCF train station to Arc 1950 is Bourg Saint Maurice, about 35 min from the village (by car or Funicular + shuttle).
