Charming 2 star studio in the Gite de France, decorated in the mountain style, can accommodate 4 to 6 people.
The apartment is on the third and last floor of a chalet-style residence with a balcony and a breathtaking view of the mountains and the village.
The interior is tastefully furnished and includes a bathroom with separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker), open to the living room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people.
The mezzanine is equipped with 2 cosy double beds and a cupboard.
You benefit from a privileged location on the heights of the village of Saint Sorlin d'Arves, close to the shops (200 metres) and the ski pass office, private access to the ski slopes (250 metres), a free shuttle bus (available throughout the ski season) to access the whole village easily with a stop 50 metres from the residence.
For the summer season, the residence is 150 meters from a lake, ideal for cooling off, with a play area for children.
