Individual family chalet, located in the Col rise, 300m from the slopes and 400m from the centre. It has a panoramic view of the mountains and a beautiful south facing terrace and garden for the summer.
This individual family chalet is referenced in our "Comfortable" range.
Spread over 3 levels, this spacious chalet consists of :
- On the main level: a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, with traditional oven, 3 gas rings + electric hob, fridge and dishwasher. The lounge area with sofa and television opens onto a beautiful south-facing terrace with a view of the mountains and sunsets! Garden furniture is provided, a roller blind protects you from the sun.
A bedroom with a 140cm bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, and a separate toilet complete this level.
- On the first floor: a spacious landing with a 140cm double bed, a family room with a 140cm double bed and two 90cm single beds, bathroom with a clawfoot bathtub.
- On level -1, a garage, a space to store skis and boots and a toilet.
The space around the chalet will allow everyone, young and old, to fully enjoy nature, summer and winter!
Cleaning at the end of your stay is included - bed and bathroom linen can be hired. All beds are equipped with duvets.
