Tourist residence located in the Flaine Forêt area at the foot of the slopes and about 200 metres from the shops. Covered parking spaces. Lifts. Ski lockers.

Equipped for 6 people with shoe dryer and glove dryer
- Room 1 South : very comfortable double bed and flat screen TV (on the entrance floor)
- Room 2 North : 1 set of bunk beds, single bed + pull-out bed (on the garden level)
- Living room with flat screen TV (on the garden floor)
- 1 bathroom with bath
- 1 shower room with toilet
- Separate toilets
- Very well equipped open kitchen with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven
- large south-facing terrace on the ground floor with a table, 6 chairs and 2 deckchairs
- Ski locker

- Included : Free access to the private indoor pool, sauna and outdoor jacuzzi of the residence
