This traditional 5 star chalet, located in the quiet Le Gotty area of La Clusaz is ideal for groups all year round. It is less than 2 km from the centre of La Clusaz and the shuttle bus stops only 300 m from your rental.

In the summer, enjoy the many hiking trails that pass by the chalet, and in the winter, you can reach the ski slopes less than 1 km away at either Envers or Combe des Juments.

The breathtaking views of Étale and Beauregard are probably best appreciated from the jacuzzi on the sunny panoramic terrace.
About the property

Groups of up to eight people will enjoy this very spacious Hollygotty chalet, which has four bedrooms spread over two floors.

On the ground floor you will find a large double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a separate WC. The rest is a large L-shaped living area, with a cosy lounge with a large six-person sofa and armchairs arranged around an open fireplace with a TV. On the other side is the fully equipped kitchen and a large table where all the guests of this property can share a meal.

Patio doors lead from the dining room to the large furnished terrace which runs along two sides of the chalet. On one side you will find a lounge and on the other, a dining area and barbecue. There is also an area for relaxing and sunbathing, as well as a jacuzzi with a sophisticated filtration system. How about a sunset soak in the hot tub and enjoy the view of the mountains?

Upstairs you will find three further bedrooms: two doubles, one with an en-suite shower room, and a twin room with a separate bathroom and WC.

The garage has space for storing skis and a table tennis table which can be moved if you wish to park your car.
There are a number of winter sports available just a few minutes from Hollygotty.

The shuttle bus stop is 300 metres away. This makes it ideal for families and groups with varying levels of skiing ability who want to ski in different areas. There are beginner runs, gentle blue runs and cross-country runs at Beauregard, while more experienced skiers and snowboarders will find plenty to do at La Balme.

Those who don't ski can take advantage of the shuttle bus to the resort's cafes, restaurants and shops, or try sledging, snowshoeing or dog sledding. There is also an ice rink in La Clusaz and a cinema that shows films in French and English.

For the ultimate in relaxation, head to La Clusaz's open heated swimming pool and let your worries drift away amongst the snowflakes.


In spring or summer, there is no shortage of activities. The ski slopes become lush green pastures criss-crossed by hiking and mountain bike trails.

Walk to the Col des Aravis, or to the via ferrata base and you may spot chamois or marmots. Enjoy the magical views of the Mont Blanc chain all the way to the Col.

Portions of the lifts are open on certain days in the summer. Take your mountain bike into the mountains of La Clusaz or Merdassier and then ride down at your own pace. For a memorable day out, hire donkeys for the day from a farm on the Col des Aravis for a trek, try horse riding, climbing or paragliding.

Just 35 minutes away, the medieval town of Annecy offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, galleries and museums. You can enjoy golf, swimming, boating and other water sports in the cleanest lake in Europe.

When the sun disappears behind the peaks, relax with dinner in one of the resort's restaurants or prepare a barbecue and enjoy a glass of wine on your chalet terrace.
