Chalet Tekoa...

This superb four star chalet for eight people is ideally situated halfway between the charming village of Manigod (4 km) and the slopes of La Croix Fry (3 km). Located on the sunny side of the valley, it offers a breathtaking view of the Aravis mountains in summer and winter!

The chalet is very easy to access as it is on the main road between the village and the slopes. However, the open spaces are on the other side of the chalet, which guarantees total privacy. The road is regularly cleared of snow and the ski bus, which stops nearby, connects Manigod to La Clusaz and Grand Bornand.

Just a few minutes away, you will find a bakery and restaurant (also offering takeaway) in the picturesque village of Manigod. Other restaurants are available in Merdassier, but some close out of season.

Chalet Tekoa is spread over three floors. As you enter the ground floor, you will find a convenient ski storage area, a shower room and a sauna on your right. You can leave your outdoor equipment and rush into the sauna to relax!

The kitchen on your left opens up to the dining room, ideal for sharing a good meal with family or friends while enjoying the view of the Aravis Valley and La Tournette. The two atmospheres of the living room are divided by a suspended metal fireplace. You can watch TV on one side, or sit with a book or game on the other. The dining room opens onto the balcony, and the living room opens onto a secluded, more shaded terrace.

Three of the four bedrooms are on the first floor. Two doubles at the front of the chalet have access to a small balcony - ideal for a morning coffee or a breath of fresh air at any time of day! This floor also has a twin bedroom (which can be pushed together to form a double bed) and a full bathroom.

The fourth bedroom is located in the basement. This is a double room with a stylish shower room with washer and dryer and a separate toilet. This floor also has a games room with a reading corner. An ideal place for teenagers who prefer to have their own space.

In the summer, you can fill your days with activities or relax. There are plenty of options in the Aravis! On the walking side, you will find many mountain and hiking trails on the Glières plateau.

If you prefer road cycling or mountain biking, the chalet overlooks the Tour de France route as it passes through Manigod on its way to La Clusaz. In summer, some of the lifts are transformed into bike racks: climb effortlessly and descend at your own pace!

For the adrenaline junkies, there is paragliding, canyoning, rock climbing, white water rafting and many other exciting activities only a few kilometres from Manigod.

Lake Annecy is only 30 minutes away and offers many water sports such as water skiing, windsurfing, sailing and diving. Too sporty for you? You can simply take a cruise or rent a boat and find your own quiet beach. Whatever you choose, you will have an unforgettable holiday.
