IMPORTANT: a new chalet is being built behind Chalet Charmieux. Work started at the end of June 2021 and will continue until December 2021. The initial foundations have been done, there will be a crane and external masonry and carpentry work which will continue throughout the summer and autumn.

Overlooking the beautiful village of Le Grand Bornand, Chalet Le Charmieux**** is an ideal choice for a mountain break at any time of year. With panoramic views, it is only 2km from the ski slopes and shops. NOTE: firewood, cleaning, bed linen and towels included.

WHY IS CHALET LE CHARMIEUX SO SPECIAL?
Built on three levels, this new and functional south-east facing chalet sleeps 12 people (maximum 8 adults).

The lower level is dedicated to the younger guests, with a bedroom with two bunk beds, a shower room, a toilet, a home cinema (latest generation BENQ W1090 - 3D possible with 3D glasses - large screen) and a games room. There is also a linen room and a storage space, notably to store your equipment.

On the first floor, there is a large and very bright living room with a fireplace. The numerous openings offer a permanent view of the mountains. The room has a nice kitchen and a dining table next to a bay window, and gives access to a first sunny terrace where you can have your meals, connected to a second terrace by the balcony: you can enjoy the sun from morning until evening, when you can admire the stars thanks to the telescope - a good idea from the owners!

The other four bedrooms are on the first floor: two of them have double beds, the other two have single beds that can be transformed into double beds if you wish. This floor also has a bathroom, a shower room and a separate toilet.

Please note that this property is not recommended for people with limited mobility. We remind you that it is strictly forbidden to bring your pets during your stay.
