The 4 star Chalet La Frasse has been fully restored to the highest standards of comfort and elegance. Perched on the heights of La Clusaz, it is the perfect place to discover the region all year round. NOTE: cleaning, sheets & towels included.
WHY IS CHALET LA FRASSE SO SPECIAL? The chalet has 4 levels and can accommodate 12 people in 4 double bedrooms and a children's room in the attic.
The entrance is on the ground floor, where there is a hallway large enough to store your outdoor equipment, a laundry room to dry your clothes and boots, a shower room and a double bedroom with French windows opening onto the sunny garden.
On the next floor, the large communal room consists of a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a dining room opening onto the garden at the rear of the property, and a sitting room giving access to the balcony and its spectacular views over the valley and the Beauregard plateau.
On the second floor there is a large family bathroom and three further double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room.
The top floor has been specially designed for children, with four single beds in two bedrooms, two lofted play areas and a flat screen TV.
Please note that parking is 40m from the cottage. The children's area is located in the attic with a relatively low ceiling height. Important: If you book Chalet La Frasse and its neighbour Chalet Charmar together, please note that the dining rooms in both chalets are not designed to accommodate a larger group than the capacity of each rental. ATTENTION : until July 2nd 2021 the access road to the chalet (route du Crêt du Merle) is closed during the day until 5pm, except weekends and public holidays.
