Residence at the foot of the slopes of the PYRENEES 2000/FONT ROMEU resort, in the heart of the Catalan Pyrenees Regional Natural Park.
All the advantages of a small family resort, located 3 km from Font-Romeu (common ski area), near Spain and Andorra. Wooded environment, rich flora and fauna, privileged climate. Discovery of the local heritage, mountain sports activities, leisure and relaxation.
T2 renovated with free parking in front of the building, near forest and kindergarten.
Accommodation with a surface area of 25m2 excluding terrace, includes:
an entrance hall leading to a living room/kitchen equipped with dishwasher, TV corner with DVD player and BZ sofa; a small bedroom with a 90cm mezzanine bed and a sofa bed that can be converted into 2 beds; a bathroom with WC and washing machine. Large terrace with table, free parking in front of the residence.
Facilities: TV, DVD player, fridge, ceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric filter coffee machine and Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, electric fruit press, raclette machine, fondue set, vacuum cleaner, iron, hairdryer, electric radiators for the bathroom, bedroom and living room, duvets and pillows for all beds. Umbrella bed and board games available.
I always leave cleaning products at the disposal of the tenants.
I propose in option 10€ the set of sheets by bed and 5€ the toilet kit for 2 persons, cleaning at the end of the stay 40€. These options are not mandatory.
