Spacious village house located in the heart of the village of Villard Laté, in a quiet environment and away from traffic.
The house was completely renovated in 2017.

It is composed of a large fully equipped kitchen, with fireplace, overlooking a large living room, furnished with beautiful benches and a table for dining up to 16 people.

The living room is heated by underfloor heating and a stove.

You have a winter entrance, including a ski locker and a room to remove your shoes comfortably.
The house has 4 bedrooms:
- A master suite, with its private shower room,
- Two comfortable double bedrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor;
- A large bedroom with two bunk beds, and a single child size bed, ideal for children.
Upstairs, you have a large bathroom with Italian shower.
The 2 toilets are independent.
The chalet is ideal for 3 families and children.
It has all the modern comforts with a careful decoration. The electrical equipment is complete and new: washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, coffee machine and toaster for tasty breakfasts. And of course raclette and fondue machines for the evening!
The chalet is located 10 km from Briançon, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
For those who like to diversify their pleasures, all mountain sports, summer and winter, are possible near the chalet. The departure of the ski lifts, the cross-country ski tracks, the cliffs equipped for climbing or the vias ferratas are less than 5mn away.
Possibility of departure from the chalet for ski touring, snowshoeing, hiking or mountain biking.

Departure from the slopes accessible on foot (10/15 minutes), by shuttle bus (10 minutes) or by car (5 minutes - paid parking at the bottom of the slopes 2€ per day).

THE RENTAL PRICE INCLUDES THE CHARGES, THE DRAPS (but not the towels), THE WOOD FOR THE ROADS AND THE STAY TAXES.
