Large apartment (duplex on 2 levels) of 101m2, of standing, in an old stone chalet entirely renovated (55cm thick walls) close to the slopes of the resort of ARC 1600. Ideal for 9 people. A baby bed in one room. In winter : Access to the PARADISKI area of Les ARCS and LA PLAGNE by the blue slope 'Bois de Saule' located 50m from the chalet passing below the accommodation. Free inter-resort shuttle bus from ARC 1600 (800m from the chalet) giving access to all the resorts in the Les Arcs area (ARC 1800, ARC 1950 and ARC 2000), private shuttle bus can take you every morning from 8.30am to 10.30am to the foot of the slopes, ideal for children who have to go to ski lessons! 6m2 corridor for skiers: allows you to store your skis and boots and provides all the comfort you need before or after skiing to put on your boots, ski clothes... to get ready for the pleasure of the mountain. In summer: direct access to various hikes to Hauteville Gondon or Villarogers, possible descent to Bourg Saint Maurice through the meadows, apple orchards. In the nearby forest it is possible to pick mushrooms, strawberries, wild raspberries and blueberries. Numerous mountain bike trails close to the chalet, a secure climbing wall 500m away by a pleasant forest path, canoeing and kayaking on the Isère river in Bourg St Maurice at 12km, 20' by car, paragliding initiation possible. 45m2 open space including a living room with a wood burning fireplace - Living room - Kitchen. 3 large bedrooms (one on the ground floor with a double bed, two on the first floor with a double bed and a single bed and one with a double bed and a cot). Access to the bedrooms on the first floor by 2 independent staircases. 1 mezzanine on the living room with 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms with independent showers, 2 independent toilets. 2 balconies, one to the east and the other to the south with a magnificent view of the Tarentaise valley. Space, comfort and authenticity: A large apartment with a warm wooden atmosphere and Savoyard decoration invites you to conviviality and well-being -- the tradition of the mountain chalets and the comfort of today (LCD flat screen TV, DVD player, hi-fi system). The Open-Space opens onto a large balcony with a magnificent view, day and night, of the Tarentaise valley stretching from Bourg-Saint-Maurice to Aime-La Plagne. In summer and sometimes in winter: lunch and dinner with a view of the mountains: sublime! The sunset is a magical moment not to be missed. The living room facing the fireplace invites you to relax with your family and/or friends. A fully equipped American kitchen allows you to share unforgettable moments in all conviviality. At your disposal: Raclette machine, fondue machine, pierrade, food processor, electric kettle, toaster, electric coffee machine (filter n°4), NESPRESSO coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave, iron, ironing board, Weber electric barbecue (for the summer), numerous board games, Accessibility : The apartment-duplex is located in a large stone chalet in the small private village of Courbaton located 800m from ARC 1600, from the arrival of the funicular from Bourg saint Maurice. The entrance is directly from the outside via the east balcony. 2 private parking spaces are available near the chalet. Many other free parking spaces are also available at the entrance of the village. You will be able to leave your vehicles there in complete safety and not use them again for the duration of your stay. For the 2020-2021 season, the ski area and the funicular are open from December 12, 2020 to April 30, 2021 included. Tourist tax : 2020-2021 --> 1,60€ / day / adult (> 18 years old). Rental from Saturday to Saturday. Damage deposit: 900 euros, cleaning deposit: 150 euros. Smokers not allowed. Animals not accepted.
