Very quiet residential area; 5 minutes from the slopes by car (frequent shuttle in winter to the resort). Shopping centre at 1 minute by car / 10 minutes on foot. Access to the main hiking trails on foot. Panoramic view on the mountain. Reception by the owner living in the upper part of the chalet. Non-smoking apartment.
