About

One of the strong points of this 4-star chalet in Chinaillon is its proximity to the slopes. Positioned on the lake slope (piste verte), which leads directly to the start of the Châtelet and Floria chairlifts, you can leave on skis and return the same way. Just 200m from the residence, you can take the free shuttle bus into the village.
You can also park your car in the chalet's own garage and parking space.
This semi-detached chalet with a traditional feel offers spacious 158m2 of living space. The 90m2 terrace on the south-facing side of the chalet is a veritable solarium, guaranteeing relaxation and sunbathing even in winter.
On the first floor you'll find a ski room equipped with a boot warmer for added comfort, a laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer), a bathroom with WC, a shower room with WC, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a bedroom with 1 double bed, a bunk bed and a small sofa bed.
The second floor is bright and includes a large, open, functional kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher...), a storage room with adjoining shower room and toilet, a spacious, comfortable dining room for 16 people, and a comfortable living room ideal for relaxing on winter evenings. A TV-DVD, books and board games as well as WI-FI are at your disposal. From the living room you have access to the balcony, from which you have a lovely, unobstructed view of the village and the Col de la Colombière.
The second floor comprises a first bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bedroom with a double bed. Each bedroom has its own private balcony. You also have a bathroom with a toilet.
The price includes linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made up on arrival!).
Cleaning at the end of your stay is included, but the premises must be left in a proper state (beds unmade, garbage cans taken out, dishwasher emptied, etc.).
