Newly built (2014) individual wooden chalet located in the hamlet of Le Praz in a quiet area 1km from the centre of the resort of Arêches. The chalet is ideally suited for 2 couples and 4 children on 2 floors: they consist of 4 bedrooms with 2 beds 140x190 and 4 beds 90x190, a large living room-corner kitchen and flat screen, 2 toilets, 2 bathrooms, one with bath. Tiles on the ground floor and wooden floor on the first floor. The basement is reserved for a large part of the garage but also for the storage of skis in winter and bikes in summer, as well as a cellar and a laundry.
