Very nice new contemporary chalet and classified as furnished tourism 4 , located 1km from the village of Prémanon on the resort of Les Rousses in the Jura a few steps from Switzerland.
Close to the alpine and Nordic ski areas, direct access to hiking trails and snowshoeing. Free shuttle to the start of the cross-country and alpine trails.
Quiet and comfortable, this chalet will make you enjoy your holidays with family or friends.
Its living space is 150 m² and can accommodate up to 10 people.

- 1 large living room of 50m² with a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and a television.
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and a shower room
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 laundry room

FLOOR: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
- 1 master bedroom with a double bed and its bathroom and toilet
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed
- 1 dormitory room with 4 single beds (two beds can be twinned to accommodate a couple)
- 1 large bathroom with shower and bath
- 1 separate toilet

Services and equipment:
Underfloor heating + pellet stove (provided), fondue and raclette appliances, oven, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, television and WIFI connection

Optional extras:
- Cleaning fee: 200€.
- Linen rental: sheets and duvet covers and pillowcases 12€ per bed
(the household linen is to be brought)
